Rockwall was founded in 2025 by a small team of project managers who had spent years running real projects on the tools the market offered — and had grown frustrated with all of them. Desktop scheduling software was powerful but painfully outdated, hard to roll out, and locked behind clunky licensing. Lightweight online task boards were easy to adopt but couldn't handle real dependencies, critical path analysis, or earned value tracking once a project got serious.
We didn't think teams should have to choose between "powerful but bloated" and "simple but shallow." So we built the tool we wished we'd had — one that keeps the scheduling rigor that professional PMs actually rely on, without the setup overhead and complexity that keeps everyone else from ever opening it.
Today, Rockwall is used by project managers, executives, and delivery teams who want a single, modern platform for planning, resourcing, and reporting — built entirely in the browser, with no installs and no steep learning curve.
