Welcome to Rockwall. This Privacy Policy explains how Rockwall ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our project management platform. By using Rockwall, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, such as your name and email address. We also collect information about how you use Rockwall, including project data, task records, resource assignments, and other content you enter into the platform. We may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and device identifiers to operate and improve the service.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services; to process transactions and send related information; to send technical notices and support messages; to respond to your comments and questions; and to monitor and analyse usage trends. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
Rockwall supports sign-in via Microsoft accounts. When you use Microsoft sign-in, we receive your basic profile information (name, email address, and profile picture) from Microsoft as permitted by your Microsoft account settings and the scopes you approve. We use this information solely to authenticate you and personalise your Rockwall experience. We do not access your Microsoft emails, calendar, files, or any other Microsoft services beyond what is required for authentication.
Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
We retain your personal information and project data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to delete your account or request that we no longer use your information, please contact us. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal retention obligations.
We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following circumstances: with your consent; to comply with legal obligations; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rockwall, our users, or the public; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case we will notify you before your data is transferred).
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and understand how you use our platform. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, some portions of the service may not function properly.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. You may also request a copy of your data in a portable format. If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to object to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
